- Join the festivities when you like: 15 minutes and you're among the chalets, the ice rink and the lights.
- Come back to silence: a tiny hamlet in the hills, a balcony looking over the illuminated city and its cathedral, heating on and real beds for six.
- No parking stress: free parking at the door; on peak days a shuttle park-and-ride 10 minutes away.
- Your own kitchen, dogs welcome and late self check-in.

When to go
- Until 13 December the markets open Thursday to Sunday only (closed Mon-Wed): a long weekend is ideal.
- From 17 December they open daily (closed Mon 14 – Wed 16 Dec).
- The Tyrolean Village closes on 27 December; the rest runs until Epiphany.
- Busiest: late-November weekends and the 5-8 December holiday, which also hosts the Antique Fair.
Getting to the markets
From 4 to 8 December a park-and-ride runs from Arezzo Fiere (Via Spallanzani, 10 minutes from the apartment): €10 a day per car including the shuttle to the Baldaccio car park, 9am-10pm (ATAM). Otherwise use the Baldaccio or Mecenate multi-storey car parks (€3/day) or the Pietri car park by the escalators. Don't drive into the old town: it's a restricted traffic zone (ZTL).
